Las Vegas Police arrest man for killing his ex-wife’s girlfriend

Las Vegas, Nevada – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced the arrest of a man for allegedly killing his ex-wife’s girlfriend.

According to an LVMPD statement, its Communications received a report of a man saying he had shot someone near Blanton and Sacks Drive around 4:44 p.m. on January 3, 2025.

Police say officers found two vehicles in the middle of the street with two occupants who had been shot.

41-year-old Adrian Rodriguez-Guillen remained at the scene and was detained by responding officers. One victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Another female was taken to Sunrise Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Detectives allege that Rodriguez-Guillen approached his ex-wife and her girlfriend, exited his vehicle, and opened fire on them before calling the police.

The victim is not being identified at this time.
