Cheyenne, Wyoming – The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office says it is investigating the fatal stabbing of a 55-year-old man that occurred on December 12, 2024.
According to LCSO, the incident happened around 7:27 p.m. on December 12 in the 2000 block of Mary Way. The Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim as 55-year-old Gregory Meyer.
Authorities believe there was an argument between Joseph Gish and Meyer while inside a residence and that Meyer was stabbed at some point during the argument.
On Monday, Joseph Gish had his initial court appearance and remains in custody in the Laramie County Detention Center.
He is currently being held on a charge of Involuntary Manslaughter with a $20,000 cash bond.
