Not BBB-Accredited
Heal-n-Soothe is registered on BBB as a health and wellness website. The BBB registration shows the address 1889 Alpha Rd, Glendale, CA 91208 (a rental space), phone number (888) 231-9901, and the website domain www.losethebackpain.com.
The 1.9-star BBB-rating is contributed to deceptive business practices. Most of the complaints are regarding the false advertisement of free samples. Apparently, the website charges full price for samples that are supposed to be free.
Not A Registered Company
A business search via the California Secretary of State website did not render any results for Heal n Soothe or The Healthy Back Institute. We conducted a similar search on the Illinois Secretary of State website for both websites and received the same results.
Afterword – Heal N Soothe Scam
Heal n Soothe and The Healthy Back Institute are scams. These are not registered companies, they are international-based scam artists. Do your research, so you do not end up like the hundreds of other scam victims. BBB obviously allows vendors to utilize its website to advertise their services even though they are not accredited.
These scam artists are not being held accountable for their fraudulent actions. And, American consumers keep falling for these scam tactics. We need more scam awareness but in the meantime, we can do our part by protecting our most vulnerable consumers.
These websites utilize fake reviews and freebies to entice American consumers to invest in their products. If your order is processed, you can count yourself lucky. And, don’t expect help from PayPal or any other payment processor for that matter.
The FDA does not oversee the production or sale of supplements. With FDA out of the picture, there is not need for quality testing.
