Edmonds, Washington – The Edmonds Police Department has made an arrest in a homicide. According to an EPD media release, police responded to a domestic violence call in the 8800 block of 238th Street Southwest.
EPD says the caller, a 47-year-old Edmonds man, reported that his husband, a 34-year-old Edmonds man, was having a violent mental breakdown and breaking property.
The caller said his husband had one violent episode earlier in the night and he restrained him using a neck restraint to calm him, according to authorities.
