Pasco County, Florida – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office says it is investigating the shooting of a person in the County Line Road and Central Avenue area of Crystal Springs around 5 p.m.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, it is believed that one adult male shot another adult male possibly over a stolen vehicle. The gunshot victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say the shooter is cooperating with law enforcement. The Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that the subjects are not known to each other and this is an isolated incident.
