Knoxville Police investigating after multiple vehicles stolen from North Knox Chrysler Dodge

The Knoxville Police Department is investigating a brazen car theft that occurred early this morning at the North Knox Chrysler Dodge at 225 Callahan Drive. KPD Property Crimes Unit detectives are investigating.

Around 6:40 a.m., officers responded to the dealership for a report of a break-in and the theft of multiple vehicles. Detectives say that at least four suspects broke into the dealership just after 4 a.m. and left just after 6 a.m.

KPD confirms there were no prior alarm calls at the business. The suspects managed to get away with a 2020 Grand Cherokee Trial Hawk, a 2021 Chevy Camaro, a 2024 Dodge Durango, and a 2025 Durango.

KPD says the black Durango has been recovered in Birmingham, Alabama. No other details are available at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers at 865-215-7165. More details can be found here.
